EU emblem: usage reminder for partners

When displaying the EU emblem, never modify, recolour or merge it with other graphics. If shown alongside other logos it must be at least as large as the largest of them, on a white or neutral background, with clear space around it. Always use the official asset from the EU download centre together with the PRIMA acknowledgement.
