Data controller

This website is operated on behalf of the CropRotaM consortium. The data controller is the project coordinator, ARTECS Anadolu ARGE ve Tekno. A.Ş. (AR&TeCS) (Dr. T. Yaşar Katırcıoğlu). For any data-related request, please use the details on the contact page.

What we collect

This is a static, cookieless website. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. Personal data is only processed when you actively submit it:

• Contact form: your name, email and message, used solely to respond to your enquiry.
• Newsletter: your email address, on a double-opt-in basis, used solely to send project updates.

Legal basis & retention

Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We keep contact messages only as long as needed to handle your request, and newsletter data until you unsubscribe. We do not sell or share your data.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Contact the coordinator to exercise these rights.

Cookies

No tracking or advertising cookies are set. Embedded videos, where used, load only on click and use privacy-preserving hosts, so no consent banner is required.
